The structural choices
We pay readers per-minute they actually work. Buyers pay per-minute they actually talk. There's no subscription, no monthly fee, and no minimum-spend requirement on either side. That alignment matters because it removes the incentive for the platform to drag out calls or upsell unnecessary services.
We don't pay for fake reviews and we don't buy positive coverage. Every rating you see came from a real, paid call. If a reader's rating is 4.2 with 300 reviews, that's 300 people who paid for their time and rated their session.
How we vet readers
Every reader who appears as available has been onboarded by our team — not a self-serve signup. We verify identity, payment information, and a basic profile check. We don't certify psychic ability (no one can), but we do screen for the obvious red flags: fake names, scam histories, misleading credentials.
Some profiles you may see in the directory are phantom profiles— sketches we've built from public information about a creator we think users might want to talk to, before that creator has actually claimed their profile. These are clearly marked when you try to connect; you'll be added to a waitlist and we'll reach out to the creator. We're transparent about this because pretending it doesn't happen would be the worse option.
What “real psychic” means in our directory
We don't make claims about what readers can or can't do. The readers themselves describe their practice in their bios — tarot, mediumship, astrology, intuition, whatever they specialize in — and you choose based on what fits. Our position is that a good reading is a useful conversation, often more useful than people expect, and you're the judge of whether your specific reader delivered.
If a reader's aggregate rating drops or pattern of complaints accumulates, we remove them. We don't let high earners stay live regardless of caller experience.
What we won't do
- We won't recommend supplements, courses, or other services during a reading. The reader's job is the reading; if they're selling something else mid-call, that's a violation of our policies.
- We won't ask you for additional payment beyond the per-minute rate shown on a reader's profile.
- We won't share your information with the reader unless you choose to.
- We won't let a reader pressure you to keep the call going. If you're feeling pressured, end the call — you owe nothing past the moment you hang up.
If something goes wrong
Disputes are a normal part of any service. If a call disconnected and the reader didn't come back, you weren't charged for the missed time. If the reading felt scripted or off-pattern from the reader's reviews, you can dispute and we'll refund when warranted. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours.
